Diagnosis and review

Data reality check

We count your data the way you will have to present it — to a client, an investor, or an auditor.

Diagnosis and review

We are doing this in our own product right now — we ran exactly this count on our own data and found the gap between what is known and what is usable. We are not claiming a history of delivering it to other companies.

01

When you need it

  • 01

two documents in your company state different numbers for the same thing

  • 02

you are asked how much data you have and you are not sure what to answer

  • 03

you suspect much of what you store is dead weight

02

How it goes

  1. 01

    read access or agreed exports

  2. 02

we count each figure three ways: what is known, what is confirmed, what is actually usable

  3. 03

we find where one number lives in several places and has drifted apart

  4. 04

    report

  5. 05

rules that stop the drift coming back

03

What you get

Three numbers instead of one for each figure, a list of the contradictions we found with their sources, and the rules to prevent them.

What we need from you

Read access to the store or exports by agreed dimensions, and one person who knows what the fields mean.

04

What we do not do

We do not clean the data during the review — that is separate work; we do not build dashboards; we do not answer for sources we cannot reach.

05

Formats

Remote, worldwide.

Written scope, agreed rhythm of calls, everything delivered into your repositories and accounts.

In person, in Chișinău.

The same work, with meetings face to face on an agreed rhythm. You work with the person who does the work, not with an account manager.

Price

Fixed or capped price, agreed before work starts. We quote after a 30-minute call — a scope we have not seen is a scope we will not price.

06

Ask about this work

The person who would do the work reads this, not a sales desk.
