# Fluxly Privacy Policy

Fluxly is a currency and cryptocurrency rate application published by DELION SOFTWARE S.R.L., IDNO 1025600018364, str. Negreșteni 9, ap. 12, mun. Chișinău, MD-2023, Republic of Moldova ("we", "us"). Contact: info@delionsoft.com.

1. What we do not collect

Fluxly has no accounts and no registration. It has no server of ours behind it: the app sends nothing to us, and we do not collect, receive or store any data about you through the app. We receive information about you only if you choose to write to us (Section 4). The app contains no advertising and no analytics, crash-reporting or tracking code.

2. What stays on your device

The amounts you enter never leave your device through the app: rates are downloaded in bulk and every conversion is calculated on your device. What you save also stays in the app's private storage on your device: the conversions you choose to save (up to 100, each with its date, the fee you set and the date of the rates used), your currency profiles (up to 20), your favourites and settings, and the rates and price charts the app caches so it can show them without a new request. If you add the home-screen widget, it shows prices for your favourite pairs or, if you have none, two major currency pairs and the top cryptocurrencies by trading volume, and keeps only the text it displays.

One thing does leave the device when you use it: when you open a price chart, the app requests candle data for that pair, so the provider sees which pair you opened (Section 3). It still does not see any amounts.

3. Network requests the app makes

To show rates, the app contacts two third-party services directly from your device:

Like any Internet request, these requests also necessarily carry your IP address to the service that answers them. The app adds no identifier of you and no account or key is involved; data-api.binance.vision is Binance's public market-data service, not its trading platform. These services process requests under their own privacy policies; we do not receive anything about you from them. While the widget is on your home screen, it repeats the same two bulk requests about every 30 minutes, when you leave the app, once after the app is updated, and when you tap its refresh button, even when the app is closed; the currency table is requested only once the previous one has expired. These requests say nothing about your favourites: the widget downloads the same full lists and picks your pairs on your device. The app makes no other network requests. Links in the app (to our website, to ExchangeRate-API's website and to this Policy) open in your browser only if you tap them.

4. What you share yourself

If you copy a result, export your saved conversions as a CSV file, or write to our support address, the app hands that content to your clipboard, to the app you pick in your device's share sheet, or to your email app. That app handles it under its own terms; Fluxly sends nothing anywhere by itself. The latest export file stays in the app's private cache until your next export replaces it. If you write to us, we use your message and address only to answer you, and we delete them when you ask.

5. Security

The app connects only over encrypted HTTPS; unencrypted connections are disabled. Your data stays in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot read, and Android backups and device transfers exclude it.

6. Keeping and deleting your data

Your data stays on your device until you delete it. Clearing the history in the app removes your saved conversions. Removing the widget from your home screen stops its requests. Clearing the app's data in your device settings, or uninstalling the app, removes everything the app stored. Files you have already shared with other apps are outside Fluxly's control.

7. Permissions

The app requests Internet access only, for the requests described in Section 3.

8. Children

Fluxly is not directed at children, and it collects no data from anyone, including children.

9. Your rights

Apart from messages you send us, we hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to hand over, correct or delete. For data carried in requests to the services named in Section 3, contact those services under their policies. You can always write to us at info@delionsoft.com, including to complain, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Moldova: CNPDCP, datepersonale.md).

10. Changes to this Policy

If the app starts doing anything this Policy does not describe, we will update the Policy at this address before that version is released, and change the revision number and effective date above.
