ImperectaBot is the crawler of Imperecta, a price-comparison service operated by DELION SOFTWARE S.R.L. (IDNO 1025600018364, str. Negrești 9, ap. 12, Chișinău MD-2023, Republic of Moldova).
What it reads. Publicly accessible product and listing pages, and the machine-readable product data they publish. It collects only the facts needed to compare prices: product name and identifiers, price, currency, promotion, availability, delivery time and cost, the address of the listing, the site's domain name and the time of collection. It does not collect product descriptions, images, reviews, ratings, seller names, seller profiles or contact details, and it does not sign in, fill in forms, buy anything or solve CAPTCHAs.
The rules it follows. It obeys robots.txt (RFC 9309) for the user-agent groups ImperectaBot and *, including Crawl-delay; it respects machine-readable text-and-data-mining reservations; it requests at most one page per second per site, less if the site asks for less; and it treats a block — 403, a rate-limit or challenge page, an IP block — as a refusal: collection stops and is not retried under another identity.
How to exclude it. Any of these works:
- an e-mail to info@delionsoft.com from an address at your domain, naming the domain;

Automatic handling is switched on, but it does not yet cover every request: where our crawler consults your robots.txt, the rule stops the request before it is made; where the rules were not consulted, it does not. If your site must not be collected at all, write to us — exclusion by e-mail does not depend on robots.txt and takes effect within 5 business days; we will also honour your robots.txt rules everywhere once the handling covers every request.
We confirm receipt, stop collecting from the site within 5 business days at the latest, remove its current listings from the service and add the domain to a do-not-crawl list. On request we also delete the site's price history. Sellers can ask us to stop tracking specific listings by sending their addresses to the same e-mail. If a price we show is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct or remove it.
